Cancellation Policy
•24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. A 50% fee of the scheduled service will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours, and the fee must be paid before rescheduling.
•No-Show Policy: A 100% fee will be charged for no-show appointments, which must be paid before rebooking.
•Late Arrival Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late, this is considered a no-show.
